LBA Construction is a Paarl-based construction firm that was established in 2008 and specialises in the development of luxury homes.

 We have much experience building bespoke residential homes, especially within security and lifestyle estates such as Val de Vie – South Africa’s leading residential estate – in the Paarl region. LBA Construction is one of a handful of builders approved by Val de Vie Estate.

We maintain a hands-on approach, supported by outstanding quality control, from the planning phase to the completion of your home to ensure your expectations are met, even in the finest of details.

Prior to establishing LBA Construction, Francois Louw was mentored by Rinus van der Sluys and Johann Louw, who both have a wealth of experience in the building industry. These men were fundamental in the acceleration of Francois’ career, as he was guided by them and entrusted with the building of their holiday homes in Hermanus and Paternoster, respectively. Since then, over the past number of years, LBA Construction has strengthened its portfolio and its presence in the Paarl area.
